How can I ignore an anti-virus signature that is giving false positives?

To Ignore Anti-virus Signatures

  1. Navigate to Sentinel Anti-malware -> Ignore -> Ignore Signatures.
  2. Add the signatures (one entry per line). Do not include the last period and digits if you want to match all variants of a specific signature.
  3. Press the Update button to save the changes.
