Owned Licenses (Enterprise Edition)
Your owned license entitles you to the use of a product (1 license per-server). Additionally, your owned license includes an initial one year of online support and software upgrades qualifying you for the receipt of new product releases free of charge. After the one year period ends, the customer can choose to remain with the last version downloaded or to renew the software subscription package for a small percentage of the original purchase price. We do not provide support for licenses that have let their software upgrade subscription expire.
Leased Licenses (Admin, Pro, and Host Editions)
A leased license entitles you to the use of a product as long as your license subscription is active (1 license per-server, per-month). Additionally, your licensed license includes access to online support and a software upgrade subscription qualifying you for the receipt of new product releases free of charge. Your product will cease to function as soon as your license subscription expires.
Domain Limits
You cannot pick and choose which domains the license limits apply to. If you have more domains then you would need to purchase the host or enterprise editions. The whole server is protected regardless of which license you choose. The license domain limits just allow users with few domains to pay less than a hosting company who might have thousands of domains on a shared server. Subdomains do NOT count towards your domain limits.

No SSH Access
If you cannot provide SSH access many times we can still provide support if you install the SSH Terminal extension in the Plesk extension directory.
Important
1. Make sure to allow our IP addresses (64.114.250.107) access to the Plesk interface and to the SSH port if you are behind a firewall.
2. The support technician will also need to know your servers public IP address and SSH port number.

The extension will uninstall fail2ban as the login failure daemon included in Juggernaut Firewall duplicates this functionality (and it does a much better job).
Login Failure Daemon Features
- Daemon process that checks for login failures against SSH, FTP, SMTP AUTH, POP3, IMAP, BIND denied, Plesk, htpasswd, Apache 404 and 403 errors, webmail, and modsecurity 403 denied messages.

- Add your own custom logs file to monitor (supports wildcard patterns).
- Supports both complete blocking or just blocking to the failed application.
- Easily adjust login failures limits per hour for each service before blocking.
- Making blocks permanent or temporary for each service.
- Get an optional email alert when trigger is blocked (includes detailed location information about the offending IP address and reason it was blocked).
- Supports defining what ports you have services running on.
- Convert a temporary block to permanent if the IP address has repeated temporary blocks.
- Block entire netblocks after repeated login failures from the same subnet.
- Ignore specific IP addresses or CIDRs from being blocked from the login failure daemon.

All domains added in Plesk are counted towards your domain limit indicated on your Danami license:
active domains
disabled domains
domains with forwarding hosting type
domains without hosting.
Note: You cannot pick and choose what domains apply to your license. Subdomains and domain aliases are not counted towards your domain limit if they were created with Add Subdomain or Add Domain Alias in Domains > example.com. The whole server is protected regardless of which license you choose. The license domain limits just allow users with few domains to pay less than a hosting company who might have thousands of domains on a shared server.

Pro-rata billing refers to being charged or receiving part or proportion of a fee or benefit on your bill. When you sign up for a product that uses Pro-rata billing you will be assigned to one of our standard billing cycles. When you receive your first invoice you'll see that it will be calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of this billing cycle (inclusive). This is commonly known as a pro-rata amount. Future invoices will show the full standard monthly amount, unless you make further changes to your account.
Prorated items are usually billed on the first of the month. If your purchase falls before the 21st day then your first bill will be calculated for the remainder of the month. If your purchase is on the 21st or after then your first bill will be calculated for the remainder of the month and the next additional month.
