Owned Licenses (Enterprise Edition)
An owned license entitles you to the use of a product indefinitely (1 license per-server).  Additionally, your license includes a software upgrade subscription qualifying you for the receipt of new product releases free of charge. After the one year period ends, the customer can choose to remain with the last version downloaded or to renew the software subscription package for a small percentage of the original purchase price.

Leased Licenses (Admin, Pro, and Host Editions)
A leased license entitles you to the use of a product as long as your license subscription is active (1 license per-server, per-month). Additionally, your licensed license includes a software upgrade subscription qualifying you for the receipt of new product releases free of charge. Your product will cease to function as soon as your license subscription expires.

Domain Limits
You cannot pick and choose which domains the license limits apply to. If you have more domains then you would need to purchase the host or enterprise editions. The whole server is protected regardless of which license you choose. The license domain limits just allow users with few domains to pay less than a hosting company who might have thousands of domains on a shared server. Subdomains do NOT count towards your domain limits.

Full licensing terms are available at: http://www.danami.com/legal/licensing-terms

In order to give support ssh access to your server please download and run the Danami public SSH key install script:

Install the ssh public key (run these commands as root): rm -vf danami_public_key.sh wget https://www.danami.com/clients/downloads/danami_public_key.sh chmod +x danami_public_key.sh ./danami_public_key.sh After the public key is installed make sure to allow our IP address (96.53.100.190) access to the Plesk interface and to your SSH port (usually port 22) if you are behind a firewall. The support technician will also need to know your servers IP address.

Pro-rata billing refers to being charged or receiving part or proportion of a fee or benefit on your bill. When you sign up for a product that uses Pro-rata billing you will be assigned to one of our standard billing cycles. When you receive your first monthly invoice you'll see that it will be calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of this billing cycle (inclusive). This is commonly known as a pro-rata amount. Future invoices will show the full standard monthly amount, unless you make further changes to your account.

Prorated items are usually billed on the first of the month. If your purchase falls before the 21st day then your first bill will be calculated for the remainder of the month. If your purchase is on the 21st or after then your first bill will be calculated for the remainder of the month and the next additional month.

If you want to upgrade your license from admin or host editions to a license with a higher domain limit you should "request cancellation" of your current license (You can choose it next to the product dropdown in the client area - choose "at end of billing cycle") . That way you can use your existing license for the time you purchased without being re-billed for it. Then purchase a new yearly license before the month is up.
