Acceptance of Terms of Service and Amendments

These Terms of Service apply to any purchases made from Danami International Inc. ("Danami"), be it for any Danami software itself, or any of the associated services. Danami reserves the right to amend or update the terms & conditions at any time, with or without notice.

End User License Agreement

The EULA Agreement is included in any Danami product download package. By installing, copying, or otherwise using Danami, you agree to be bound by the terms of the EULA.

Service Provision

The Danami Software is supplied by Danami, and is licensed, not sold, under the terms of the EULA. Danami reserves all rights not expressly granted to you and Danami retains the ownership of the Software. License holders are not permitted to "borrow", "lend" or "sell" licenses to any third parties except in the case of Perpetual License Transfers as detailed later on in the agreement. Any licenses found to be being used in this way will be revoked without recourse. Danami reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion.


All licenses are normally issued upon order verification and confirmation of receipt of payment from the chosen gateway processor. Should your payment turn out to be fraudulent, the license will be suspended and you will be expected to repay the amount plus any fees incurred. Our professional setup & installation services usually take between 24 & 48 hours to complete, but this is not a guaranteed turnaround time, and at peak times such as new releases, they will often take longer.

Renewals & Payments

Payments are accepted via both Credit Card and PayPal. Leased licenses automatically renew until cancelled. Payment is due on the anniversary of the date of signup each month. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Danami will suspend the license until full payment is received and reserves the right to suspend any and all related services for the account in question. For services, payments are due in advance of any work commencing. For larger custom development services, payments may be split into multiple payments, consisting of a 50% deposit prior to any work commencing, and the remainder upon completion, however this option will only be offered at Danami's discretion. Should we receive a charge back or disputed payment, all services will be revoked until any disputed amounts have been repaid, plus any fees incurred which are typically $20 per charge back.


Pricing for our products can change at any time however pricing is set when you first make your purchase and start your subscription. We do not alter the pricing of an active subscription once a subscription has been started.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Leased licenses may be cancelled at any time. No notice period is required, and the cancellation will be effective from the date the cancellation request is made or processed. Requests for cancellation should be submitted from our client area. Any money paid for leased license renewals prior to a cancellation request being submitted are non-refundable. The same applies to any services, where once the service has been started, any fees paid also become non-refundable. Danami reserves the right to cancel service and access to the service at any time. If a customer breaks the terms of the Danami EULA or Terms of Service, a refund will not be available. Refunds are only issued for software failure. Refunds are not issued for server failure/issues, performance problems, lack of features or if your server does not meet the software requirements. Refunds are determined on individual circumstances and only issued once our technical staff determine that Danami has a fault causing it to not run on your server. Installation charges are not refundable under any circumstances. Refunds are not available after 1 month from the purchase date.

License Transfer Policy

Owned licenses are eligible to be transferred 120 days after purchase, must be active with an active software update subscription, and not have been transferred previously.

Leased Licensing Terms (Admin, Pro, and Host Editions)

Your leased license entitles you to the use of a product as long as your license subscription is active (1 license per-server, per-month). Additionally, your licensed license includes access to online support and a software upgrade subscription qualifying you for the receipt of new product releases free of charge.

Your product will cease to function as soon as your license expires.

Owned Licensing Terms (Enterprise Editions)

Your owned license entitles you to the use of a product (1 license per-server). Additionally, your owned license includes an initial one year of online support and software upgrades qualifying you for the receipt of new product releases free of charge.

To stay current with the new product releases and to get support you should renew your upgrade subscription annually. You can renew your upgrade subscription at the discounted upgrade subscription price during your upgrade subscription term or within one year upon its expiration. Regardless of the actual upgrade subscription renewal date, your new upgrade subscription term will always start on the date following your previous upgrade subscription expiration date.

Upgrade subscription renewal is optional. However, if you do not renew your upgrade subscription within 1 year upon expiration of the previous upgrade subscription term, you will not be able to renew your upgrade subscription any more and a new license purchase at the full license price will be needed to use then-current version of the product. Stand-alone upgrades to particular versions of the product are not available.

We do not provide support for licenses that have let their software upgrade subscription expire.

Domain Limits

All domains added in Plesk are counted towards your domain limit indicated on your Danami license:

  • active domains
  • disabled domains
  • domains with forwarding hosting type
  • domains without hosting

Note: You cannot pick and choose what domains apply to your license. Subdomains and domain aliases are not counted for domain limit if they were created with Add Subdomain or Add Domain Alias in Domains > The whole server is protected regardless of which license you choose. The license domain limits just allow users with few domains to pay less than a hosting company who might have thousands of domains on a single shared server.

Canceling your License

We allow you to cancel your license at any time directly though our client area. You can login to the Danami client area and press the red cancel button on any of the products you would like to cancel. You have the option to cancel your license immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle.

Free Trials

Danami will not provide support for trial licenses due to the number of trial licenses we issue each day. Trial users can get self-serve support though our knowledgebase and documentation.

Users are restricted to one free trial per product per client account. Opening multiple accounts is against our terms of service and risk having their accounts closed and their servers banned. Users opening accounts with fake information will also have their accounts closed.
